Grieving Children's Holiday workshop

A workshop to welcome a safe space for children ages 6-12 to get creative with their grief. The Holiday season can be very hard on our grieving children's mental health. Let's get them off the screens and experience some 'Art therapy'.

Sasha will be conducting creative activities surrounding emotions and coping with grief. We will also be creating keepsakes (ornaments and other holiday decor) to honor our lost loved ones. There can be some good grief!

Sasha is a mom of two littles (ages 2 and 5 years old). She is very passionate about helping children with their grief journey, through creative play and activities.

Upon booking, parents/guardians will receive the agenda for the 2- hour workshop.
